Seven Layer Dip...Seriously, when I lived in KC year-round, the Hyvee grocery store would sell seven layer dips that were bigger than a pie in width...I'd say 9 or 10 inches.  I would buy one (only 5.99--great deal!) and a bag of tostitos and eat the entire thing!!! in one sitting with a 2-liter of coke.  I would hold myself to only doing this once or twice a month, but come on, that had to have had at least 3000+ calories!!  Anyway, they don't have these anywhere in the GA grocery stores (trust me--I looked)...so now I am safe...


Except, I've found a new bad habit...Chips Ahoy and 2% milk.  It wouldn't be a bad habit if I could stop after one cookie, but I eat half the bag and a liter of milk!!

This isn't meant to scare anyone but just in case you hadn't heard anything about this- I remember reading something about someone who drank either a gallon or two a day and it killed her.  A gallon is 16 glasses, right (forgive me if it is 8)?  I know your system can't handle that much water if you're not sweating it off or using it- I'm not sure if a gallon is too much though- it might have been more.  I've also read cases where people have died from ecstasy because they consumed too much water in a short amount of time- about a gallon in an 8 hour period.  It diluted either the potassium or electrolytes in their blood to a level so low that they had a heart attack?  Or something like that.  Sorry, I'm not a doctor.  That's also why they say it is dangerous when you are running a marathon and are losing electrolytes or potassium but only drinking water - it can kill you.  So don't drink TOO much water.  Haha.

Eating when I'm bored.


And continuing to take pointe classes every night. It is HORRIBLE for my feet-- blisters, bunions, pressure on delicate bones.


It could be a lot worse though. At this point, I can't purchase alcohol, so I rarely drink (besides occasionally at a party).

smoking although i've cut back alot and want to quit.

eating although this has imporved recently as well.. but i have a terrible sweet-tooth for mostly cake and baked goods not really chocolate or candy.

exercising.. well not exercising enough probably.

but i think i've made a huge improvement from where i was this time last year. i've lost some weight and am eating better... but definitely not perfect!

haha me too!   I don't know how to say no to alcohol.  I have a strange feeling that once I move out of the parents house though I'll have a refrig full of wine and beer.


I never wash my face before bed unless I'm wearing makeup which isn't too often right now.  Same with my teeth. Flossing...yeah right...who has time for that. I really need to find some time though.


I get in the bath tub and only wash my hair when I'm really lazy which is at least twice a week if not more


I love me some starbucks - almost daily now that I discovered the mint mochas at the grocery store.

My starbucks addiction.I managed to give up coffe for two months,but since my ex bf started working there I go there to often to flirt with him.


Also I only floss my teeth every other day.

I never floss.


I eat very little during the week and practically binge eat on the weekends.  Sometimes I feel really disgusting cause even if I'm full...I think 'I can't eat anything yummy for a few days, better get it in now.' and I'll eat until I feel sick.  Horrible mentality.


I have the WORST sweet tooth.  I could eat sweets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.


I never work out.  I really should.  I look ok but I feel sluggish.

Probably just that I'm a person of extremes. I will have nothing but Diet Coke for a day, then eat everything I can get my hands on. I won't smoke all week, then I'll smoke a pack in a night. I will run 5 miles a day, then not excersize for months. And I'm horrible with drinking too. Also at the end of this school year I was smoking pot every day, which I will NOT do next year. I'm a woman of many vices.

I have anxiety so I stress out way too much which causes me to throw up, shake, get no sleep, get cold sores etc.

my diet isn't great. I love candy and junk food. I can go days without eating anything green.


I leave my contacts in too long, sometimes I fall asleep in them then have to pry them off my eyes at 3 am.


I occasionally partake in an herbal refreshment. Also even though I am not a much of a drinker, when I do drink I will get so drunk I black out.

I eat A lot of carbs. Some days that is all I will eat. Another one would be I can't get motivated to exercise.

If I do something, I tend to do it to the extreme...eating, sleeping, exercising, shopping, drinking...
currently I need to cut back on my coffee intake...I am now drinking half decaf anf half regular coffee...only two cups per day...no more
I amtrying to eat better...I buy lots of salads, vegetables....but I tend to pig out on mexican food and pizza...
I used to exercise a ton...run about 5 miles a day...but I stopped recently and I do not exerciase at all anymore...
I like whiskey...but I am trying to cut out the alcohol...we are trying to get pregnant...I have not had a drink in since my wedding...
Also I stress myself out to much...

i have a chocolate addiction.  it's serious.


also, i'm very streaky when it comes to exercise.  once it's a part of my routine, i absolutely love working out and i freak out if i miss a day.  but if i let myself get out of the habit, even for a week, that's it.  i'll go months without setting foot in a gym.  lately, i've been working out like once every two weeks.    i pay $40/month for a membership, so i'll get home from the gym and joke to my roommates, "whew!  that was a great $20 workout!"  it's sad really...

probably the worst is my addiction to white flour carbs and white sugar, I love baking sweets like cake and cookies and homemade frosting.  I also can eat a whole bag of chocolate chips in a matter of days.  I DO love healthy food and greens, just don't have the patience to cook it/shop fresh for it everyday.  Unlike when I bake sweets, I can satisfy my sugar cravings instantly with spatula licking!


I don't exercise and I wish I did.  Not complaining about my figure, I am slim and size 2 thanks to genetics, but if I didn't have this figure, I might be more motivated to work out and be healthier in general.


I go to tanning booths about once a week in the summer.

Dunkin Donuts Coffee- every morning WITH CREAM AND SUGAR- Ugh!


Pizza at least 2x a week- I am obsessed


Napping after work instead of working out- I used to be so good then I moved
