Good LFL!  I have to say that I often find Anthro looks for less at places like Forever21, Charlotte Russe and Rampage.  Of course, sometimes, it just has to Anthro or nothing.

I saw that in the window at F21 a while ago, but couldn't find it inside the store. ARGH! Sometimes I just give up in F21. But it is super cute in person.
