Morning everyone! Off to start another diet day!

B: kashi crunch with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 c skim milk (4 pts) (Crystal I think this is the ideal amount with the crunch cereal)

L: Leftover Chicken spagetti, carrots, nectarine (7 pts)

D: chicken tomato & basil Italian Sasauge (3 pts), bun (1 pt), fruit/veggie (1-2 pts)

E: I'm going to try really hard to walk today.  It is just really hard with studying and taking care of a sick kitty.  Aiming for 40 mins of walking the neighborhood but will settle for 20 at this point.

B: coffee. I really need to stop this. Does anyone have suggestions of quick, portable breakfasts that are not bars? I was doing the muffin thing, but they got expensive and I just can't wake up early enough to cook. I need something I can bring and eat at the office.

L: leftover whole wheat pasta w/chicken and veggies.

D: I don't know. I forgot to bring something, so I'll either have to get something before class or wait until after.

E: don't think I'll have time, plus I have killer cramps and don't feel like moving. But I did yoga last night like I said I would (yay!!)

B - do you have a small fridge at work? You could keep some skim milk in there and eat cereal for breakfast at work. Or buy some of those small cartons of milk to grab on the way out of the door. I usually pop an english muffin or toast in the toaster and put some pb on it. Very filling and it takes 0 time and I can eat it in the car with my morning blast of caffeine.

i was gonna say the same as blubirde, but i'll also add instant oatmeal.  if u have the kinda water cooler w/ hot water it's so easy, u just rip open the packet (u might need to keep a bowl at work, my office has paper ones luckily), add the hot water & stir for a minute.  it's yummy & filling!  also, kinda small, but bananas work.  they are super convenient for grabbing on ur way out the door.  actually any kinda fruit, i spose, like apples, oranges, peaches, etc.  toast takes a tad longer, but it's doable.  ok, that's all i can think of... ever consider waking up 5 minutes earlier & sitting down to eat?  i know that sleep is crucial, but if ur snoozing ur alarm anyways ur not getting good sleep & getting up to eat something yummy might be a good motivator!  good luck!

oh & LSU, we totally gotta coordinate!!  just when i think i'm early enough, there's ur post!!  how bout i wait til a certain time & if u haven't posted then i'll do it... u decide on the time (and tell me ur timezone) since u know ur schedule better than i.  my sched is the same every day, working 8-5 (pacific time), so i'm always available.  LMK!

B: Luna Bar- Lemon Zest and Earl Gray Tea with milk and sugar (I know, bad!)
S: 1 and a half Aussie Bites (oh goodness they're good, and all natural...not sure about the calories though!)
L: roast beef sandwich, mustard, no mayo. Thai tofu salad.

BTW, someone posted something about www.fitday.com. That site is great! Wow, I could REALLY have used that when I was coxing and needed to keep my weight down. You girls are so great at knowing stuff like this!
