Boot scuffs?

If the leather isn't scratched/scraped you should be able to polish them. First I'd use a leather cleaner in case the scuffs are surface dirt. (Such as when your rubber sole leaves a mark on your hardwood).

Then use a matching color polish. (Probably Kiwi tan unless they're a dark chocolate brown.) Even small scratches can be disguised with polish. Leather shoes should be polished about once a month or two months. It's a good habit!

Thanks! Didn't want to ruin them by doing something stupid. I think the scuffs just show up more on light brown than my other colored boots.

I use vaseline on my leather boots and love the way it polishes scuff marks. I've used it on Corso Como boots with no problem.

i too have used vaseline as well as olive oil. the kiwi ones are good too- i'm just too lazy to buff them out properly, lol.
