Meh, I don't like shrugs like that. I think they make people look like they shrunk a perfectly normal shrug. I mean, what's the purpose of it being so tiny???????? Plus it makes your boobs stick out weirdly

I like them on certain girls. I wouldn't wear them cause my arms are thick but on the right girl it would look cute. and the model here looks like shes wearing a strapless bra and makes her boobs look low.......

I am torn on them. I think maybe they could look cute, but every time I see a pic like that it takes me a second to realize the model isn't just wearing a baseball shirt.
