If someone cancels an order I placed, do I leave feedback?  If so, what kind (neutral, positive, negative)?  I ordered from half.com through my credit card, so will I be charged and then refunded or will it never show up at all?

I would either not leave any or you could leave neutral.  Usually the person didn't get the email in time and half.com cancelled it on you without them knowing.  It won't show up on your credit card at all.  Half waits until the order is confirmed before running your credit card.  What were you trying to get?
