Okay, I have decided that I will start posting for this! Maybe by making my horrible eating/exercise habits public I will be motivated to do better!!

B: Bowl of Vanilla Almond granola from TJ's (so good!)

L, D: How the heck do you ladies plan this in advance? For lunch I'm going to guess maybe some thai tofu salad if there's any left, maybe some roast beef with mustard on french bread. Dinner, I have no idea!

E: Hour swim after work.

well, for me i HAVE to plan my lunch in advance because i bring it from home to save money & calories so by the time i get to work i already know b,s,l & s cuz i already ate b & i brought s's & l w/ me.  as for dinner, i usually have some vague idea of what i'll have based on what's in my fridge, but writing it down on this post is usually when i finalize my plans.  sometimes they change but i feel responsible for at least eating something as healthy as what i said i was gonna eat.

I try to buy my basics at Walmart each time I go and replace as needed and then I also try to plan out what I want to eat a few days in advance.  Like yesterday before my mom and I went to the grocery store we planned out the rest of this week for dinner and all of next week (m-f only) and it makes it much easier.

For lunch I usually eat left overs or one of my basics: lean pocket, soy corn dog and fruit/veggie, soy chick patty sandwich, boca burger, spagetti, etc.
