ok four options here, and I've included a photo of my dress (both on me and on model, because the color on the model is much much closer to actual dress)- Im going to wear it with black tights, maybe or maybe not opaque or with some kind of lacy/etc. design, a sequined trim cardi or a boyfriend blazer and one of these pairs of shoes.

I like #3 for night and with black tights. I love #1, but not with the tights. A nude shoes also just doesn't scream New Years Eve to me.

I guess I'm the loner because I would choose #4...NYE is the perfect day to bust out anything shiny or sparkly and I guess everything else doesn't really say "NYE" to me.

I like 2 because I don't care for open toed shoes w/ tights, but thats just me. super cute dress! (and I would do the sequined cardi!)
