I have a wedding to go to in July - I like this dress



I can also wear it for my bday and my anniversary dinner - if it fits....


If it doesnt fit I am basically out $150 since they only offer exchanges no returns. I only have 2 months left...so I am not sure I will really use it on anything else.


Do you like the dress? Any other maternity dress ideas?

So cute, but I think it's a lot of $$$$ for maternity that you'll definitely outgrow - possibly overnight.  Depending on how far along you are, what about just buying a "regular" dress that is a couple of sizes too big.  I did that for a fancy dinner out because all the maternity stuff was so matronly.


Did you look on www.babystyle.com?  It's expensive, too, but they have good sales.  Don't know the return policy.

I dont mind spending the money if I can wear it to the three ocassions I mentioned. Its been a while since I spent money on something I like and felt Hot in it.


Babystyle doesnt have anything fancy enough.

the exchange/return policy bugs me, but if they have other items on there that you like, then take the risk and get it.  i think that dress would look super good on you!

That's beautiful. Definitely not the usual dowdy maternity frock. I took a quick look at the site and it looks like there are other nice options there if you ended up having to exchange for something else.

It's H-O-T and you'll look great in it! Go for it. You should treat yourself....it'll be a LONG time until you can do whatever you want for you....(that's what my mom says anyway and i'm 28).

this may just be me, but think about how many times when you weren't pregnant, you have worn a dress just once. 


if it makes you feel confident and fabulous, you can definitely justify the price by wearing it three times.  (also, i bet you can design some hot earrings or a bracelet to wear with it!).  based on your posts in threadstyle, it will look hot on you (given your skin tone and hair color!)

I think it's awesome.  $150 for a dress you love and feel wonderful in is not a bad deal.  And you can always Ebay it later.

pretty but I don't like that return policy.  Are there other cute maternity stores you can shop from that allow returns?  Also- is there a slit in the middle between the boobs?  That could be hard to wear.
