I saw a girl wearing a pair of shoes this weekend that I LOVED!  Of course, they looked a little out of season for this time of year but they're be perfect for spring/summer.  I don't have much to go by.  They were black, wedge heel (not cork), slingback, t-strap and on the "t" there was a floral design w/ the material.  All black.
I've tried searching, this was sort of the style but they were more defined looking and obviously weren't bright colored!

I know Steve Madden did those in leather last year. And I believe that Target had a knock off too. Maybe try ebay?

There were a lot of versions of this type shoe last spring/summer.
