How to get over breakup (re-post)?

(Sorry, I first posted this in the wrong spot):

You'd think since I've been through breakups before, I would learn how to cope.

My bf and I just broke up after 1.5 years because we just realized that we have different goals. We are both almost 30 and he is just immature compared to what I want. He is financially unstable, doesn't own a car and is just not ready to settle down. He loves me and wants to be with me, but I am so impatient! I am financially stable and totally ready to buy a house and start building my life with someone

It is really hard because we have love for each other.

Sometimes love just ain't enough.

Sounds like you need to figure out what you need in a guy, then figure out where that kind of guy would hang out. If you do that, you can get to know potential bfs, and get a sense of whether what you think you're looking for is correct.

Sorry this didn't work out! It must be so hard to end that kind of a relationship.
