Tried this on today and I liked the fit; however I think I'll wait for them to mark it down.  The AE in the crappy mall directly by my house rarely sells out of anything so I figure I'll save a few dollars.

I have a madras shorts from JCrew. I tried those AE ones you posted when JCrew didnt have the shorts out and I thought they were too short for me... then again, i'm not too much of a mini skirt person. They are cute though.
