INC macy's sizing question

I think I have to have this sweater.  It is on sale in the petite size but not in the regular size.  According to the chart, though, there isn't a difference in the bust, chest, and waist for petite vs regular.  Here is my question--is INC true to their size chart?  I am a 34 B in the chest and it looks like I would take a small.  I am 5'6" so do you think I could get away with ordering a small petite or would it be safer to size up to a M.

My instinct is to say that if you wear a regular small you should probably size up to a PM even if the sizing chart says there's no difference. Can you order both and return the one that doesn't fit?

How much is their return shipping fee? I read on their website that there is a prepaid label but it doesn't say how much.  Well, then again I guess I better not complain because I will get free shipping with that much of a dollar amount.  biggrin

Can you return in store with Macy's? Then there is no return shipping ;)

I have one piece of INC and I sized down for it. This was in the regular sizes not the petite sizes.

Unfortunately, I live in a podunk small town that doesn't even have a movie theater.  The closest Macy's to me is 3.5 hrs away.  However, I did order two sizes and got free shipping and the 25% off , so I guess I can't complain too much if I have to pay return shipping.

Honestly, their sizing is all over the place from item to item. I need anything from a petite small to a regular medium...I'm 5'8"-110 if that helps.
