After months and months of looking - I think we found an investment property - near the ocean in Long Beach NY. We made an offer and it was accepted - but we can't sign the contract until next week - so who knows what will happen between now and then.


Cross your fingers for me!!!

We would rent it out - year round.


I just spoke to the broker though - now it turns out they decided to have an open house on sunday - **FUMING** - I love real estate but it's so stressful. Well..if it's not this place - it will be another.
