Hi killa!  I want to see the dress, but I can't view it!


In order to post an image, it needs to be hosted on the web.  I, personally, use shutterfly.com.  The service is free and easy to use. 


Go to www.shutterfly.com, sign up, then browse for the photo that is on your computer to upload into shutterfly.


After the photo is uploaded, go into slide show mode, right click on your image, select copy from the drop down menu, then come into the comment field of your stylethread post, right click again, and select paste from the drop down menu.


Any images you see on the web you can simply right click to copy and right click to paste in your post.  Some of the girls have experimented in the technical issues and how-to's http://www.activeboard.com/forum.spark?forumID=44784&subForumID=102714&action=viewTopic&commentID=1597960&topicPage=1
 section of the forum if you want to test there.

I did it - I wanted you to be able to get feedback on the dress.


I would post in the technical section asking for mac image posting instructions - I looked but couldn't find them (I know they're out there).  I'm sure the mac-savvy girls will help you out!


I found this in the technical section (authored by RyanJ who I THINK has a mac - not sure) you might try giving this a shot:


"Post pictures-

You will right click on the pic you want to post. A little menu should come up and @ the bottom the work "properties" should be there. Left click on "properties". AFter you have left clicked a screen should come up that says "Element properties". Find where is says "location" and there should be an address that says be an address that starts out w/ http://images... Highlite the whole address and copy it. Then come back to your post and at the top where is says IMG click on that and paste the address in the box.

I hope that helps and is not too confusing."

I think there's not much there for $90.  Have you looked at www.15dollarstore.com or www.bodyc.com?  I've seen some pretty cute dresses there for $$cheap$$!

I think $90 is too much for that - it's cute though!

If you still have trouble with your images, I have a mac & i'd be happy to help - I do it differently than the post that detroit listed, but if that works, I don't want to confuse you!
