Thanks to all you ladies who posted outfit ideas for my skirt.  They are all beautiful, but this one is really standing out to me.  What do you think of it--honest opinions?  For work I might throw a jacket over it if I can find a cheaper one similar to the one pictured.

I love it - I am so glad that you got that skirt - I have wanted it since I first saw it & just couldn't justify it since I don't work outside the home & have skirts from the beginning of the summer that still have tags on them. Now if only cricket's $5 TJ Maxx dream would come true......but I love that tank & the jacket - you would look precious!

I love the jacket with that skirt, but I would pair it with a plain tank to avoid overkill.

Although I really love all 3 pieces and the jacket would be cute with the skirt, I think I have to agree with Rocky here and say that maybe a plain tank would be better since the skirt already adds visual interest <----

the sequins is too much in my opinion.  but i love the jacket!  and the skirt too!  have fun with the skirt!

I love them both, but not together. I think they compete too much with each other and don't leave you with a good focal point. Go with something simpler on top. The jacket would work though.

I'd do a plain white tank and then some sort of brown/wood necklace. I think the top is too much with the skirt.

As I look at the pictures I posted, I agree the tank is too much.  I am going to try to find a jacket similar to this one, or I might sew one myself and wear a plain tank and wood necklace. Thanks everyone for your help.


I still may have to buy that tank though and wear it with jeans.  I love it.
