I placed on order on Friday morning for a bunch of clearance things. They still have not sent my ordered or updated it. They status for each item says "low stock may cancel"

THEN WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE THE ITEMS UP TO ORDER?!?!?! And when you check the avalabiltiy next to each of the item the all say "In stock" I am just pissed off. I want my items and now I may not get them.

Get you stuff together Urbn!

that has happened to me twice now- I place my order, all items are supposedly in stock, then when I get my order some of the items end up getting cancelled, no e-mails or anything. It's just frustrating!

I am pretty surprised that my expirience has not been more postive. They usually ship everything out very fast.

It is now Wednesday and I placed my ordrer on Saturday and they still have not shipped my order yet. According to the customer service department I will get everything that I ordered. I guess we will see.

did you order with a credit or debit card?  i called once b/c i was ticked that it was taking so long and they claimed b/c i had ordered with a bank debit card, it took longer to process...


still- i never had any issues using my debit card on any other site!
