I am in need of a strapless bra, so I want to know your favorite. Who you think makes the best one?

OMG, I just got THE BEST strapless bra on Friday!!!! I absolutely despise strapless bras, but with this one, I wore it all day on Saturday, and did not have to adjust it once.

The bra is by Victoria's Secret and it's the strapless/convertible bra from their Angels line.

My best friend has one of these too, and she loves it so much, she's given up on regular bras, and wears this one even with sweaters, etc.

For more support, the Wachoal 'Goddess' bra is AMAZING!  it really sucks you in and supports.

domkfox, I am SO with you! Victoria's Secret makes the best bras period. I have a strapless bra from there and I would even wear it with shirts that I don't need to be strapless (now that means it's a GOOD bra)!

I don't know what your size is so I don't know which route to take here.  I just bought a brand new VS strapless less than 2 months ago and have worn it 3 times and it is already sprung and falling down on me and it fit wonderfully in the fitting room.  I am so mad at them and their lack of quality I will never buy another bra there.  I am on the larger side so that may have something to do with it but even regular bras from there aren't lasting me 3 months!

I had a roomie that was a B size and she did just fine with her strapless VS bras so you might be able to get one to last more than a few wearings.

I am trying Wacoal next.  My mom is loving her Wacoal bras and has yet to go back to VS or anything else.

I have to second DC Shopper's suggestion of the wacoal (sp?) bra.  I actually bought one yesterday and I am wearing it today and it hasn't slipped down or anything.  I am a 34 C/D so the no slipping thing is an accomplishment for a strapless bra

Thanks for all your suggestions, I ended up going to Nordstrom and tried on some brand. It was like $34 and it is the best strapless that I ever wore.

Can someone post a link or picture to the Wacoal strapless bra?  I've tried searching for one and can't find anything.  TIA!

Here is a pic shopchicago.  The lace doesn't show because it is a flat lace.

Oh I wished I would have known that about the Wacoal bra! I tried it on right before I bought the VS one!!!  I was scared the lace would show through my clothes! I'll have to remember for when I buy my next one.

ShopChicago- Dillards has them if you have one in your area.

Thanks for the tip LSU, but I don't have a Dillards, would a store like Nordstorm or Marshall Fields carry them?

Also, I looked at the Wacoal online and it says it's got no padding or lining - is that true?  I don't think I can wear a bra like that....

Yep, that is true.  There isn't padding or lining.  Personally, I like the lack of padding because I really don't want them any bigger than they are.  The nipple isn't really visible through the bra.  Is that what you are concerned about?

That's exactly what I'm concerned about.  Anytime I've had a bra w/out padding or lining, I can always see the nipple through the bra, and I just hate that!  Plus, I just don't feel like it's a lot of support.

The support isn't an issue on this one.  I thought it was really supportive.  I guess if you were wearing a really thin white shirt it might be a problem, but I doubt you are going around that scantily clad   Oh and just to let you know if you are on the borderline of sizes, I would go with the smaller size.
