How often is it okay to email someone about a listing on Craigslist? I found an amazing deal on the dining room table from C&B that I want. I figure that someone else must be interested in it, and I don't want to lose out on this listing like I did with the last Craigslist listing I was interested in.

The listing was put up on Thursday, I emailed them Friday night. I still hadn't heard from them today so I emailed them this morning. Can I email them tomorrow again if I don't hear from them? How often is enough? I don't know if the person is out of town or if my emails are going into their junk mail folder or what, but I really want this table.

My guess is they sold it already (and are rude and aren't responding) or they are testing the market to see where to price it (if they get a lot of responses it's too cheap, none too expensive). I've had this happen to me several times too. I hope they email you back!

So it turns out the person selling it doesn't have internet access on the weekends. I was going to go look at it today, but realized it won't fit in my car. I tried calling a friend (twice!) with an SUV, but she's ignoring my phone calls (that's another story).

Anyways, a friend of a friend with a pick up is taking me on Thursday to look at it. Interesting that someone I barely know will take me, but my own friend won't... Keep your fingers crossed no one buys it before I can get to it!
