I actually really hate those. a lot. I've seem them a bunch of places and I just don't get it.

maybe if they just had the ruffle, or just the weird unicorn horn heel, but both, both just kill me.

I like them, to me - CUTE. But only with a skirt/dress or 3/4" length pants.

I'm on the fence like you - I think I'm leaning towards no, too busy, but not sure if I'd retract that opinion if I saw them on someone with a cute outfit. Although, for the price, maybe worth skipping for now - I bet they'll go on sale since they are so different.

I like them. love the ruffle, wish the heel wasn't like that....but the shoe is still cute imo!

I think they're cute and different! They'd work with tights or bare legs and would make any sort of ho-hum dress or top/skirt combo look fresh and new. Easily dressed up for night or paired with daytime garb.

They also come in black and pewter with a closed toe for winter IIRC, and keep going out of stock in every place I've seen that carries them. I wouldn't wait for them to go on mega-sale, but I would dig deep for a place you can get them with a decent coupon code.
