jah- The brand is American Rag. It is actually not leather (I wish I could find one for under $800 but i can't anywhere) but it is a very nice material. I got it on sale from $90 for $60...HTH!

It's by Frenchi (Nordstrom). Here it is! I sized up one for a little extra slouch, and got it a the Rack for $15 or so I think?

Thanks! I've been on the exact same search for the same reason. The material looks like nice leather - great catch... I will be heading to Macy's as soon as I get back to the states next week!
