Okay - I feel really silly I didn't know what "Vera Bradley" was.  These were in one of those weekly mags as a new trend, go tmy sister a really cute tote for school.  They have them for a bargain at Marshall's!  Also some great weekender bags at marshalls/tjmaxx too!

thats okay!  i just felt silly admitting that i owned one on the "weekender bag" thread!  i always think "soccer mom" when i think "vera bradley" which is my own conitation of the brand.

they are awesome for traveling b/c you can throw them in the wash when they get dirty which you can't do with your suitcases!

i have never seen them at marshalls or tj maxx though!  you are lucky!  if you don't mind me asking how much were the large duffles?

okay - I am sure they were just "knockoffs" of the real thing. I never knew they were a specific designer - I just thought of them as Laura Ashley crabtree & evelyn type of stuff.

My sister's tote is perfect size to fit a folder orr magazines kinda size, got it for $12.99.  I think it looked like this one...

I don't know about weekenders but my guess around $50 or so.
