I have a very casual date tonight...first meeting.  We'll hopefully be outside.  I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to wear.  For the top I just planned to layer a pink tank over a black tank.  For the bottom I have a black stretch cotton skirt with fold over waist band or those black "jessica simpson" pants (black cropped, swing-y fold over waist band.  What do you think?

I would wear the skirt. The guys I know think gauchos (if that's the style of pants you're talking about) are hideous. If only they could appreciate fashion

I would wear the skirt.  Like sfclinevandy said, most guys just don't 'get' gauchos.  And most guys find skirts infinitely sexy.

My bf thinks gauchos are hot- he loves it when I wear them. I guess I'm lucky to have a bf who appreciates fashion.
