I recieved the wrong ebay item. I contacted the seller to let her know, but I have not heard from her yet. I looked at the sellers completed listings and she sent me a (REALLY PRETTY) bag that was suppose to go to another winner. I contacted the winner and told her that I had her bag. The lady is SUPER nice and we agreed that if she gets my item she will send it to me and I am sending her item to her.

The problem is that I have not heard back from the seller yet. I don't just wnat to send the bag to the winner until I have talked to the seller, but I know the winner really wants her purse. The post office closes at 1:00. If I don't hear back from the seller should I just send the purse anyway? If I don't send it today then it won't get out until Monday. Thanks!

Personally, I would wait until you hear from the seller and do everything through her to make it eBay "legal" so you have some recourse if something goes wrong.  That's what I would do, unless the item is a cheapie fun item that you wouldn't mind being out the $$$ if the other winner didn't go through w/ her half of your deal.  Also, what if she never gets your item from the seller?  I'd give it a few more days.  The other winner can wait a little while longer.

Thanks Cricket. That is what I figured. I am pissed because I wanted my item by a certain day and paid to have it shipped faster and now I may not get it in time. I feel bad for the other girl too because she needed her item too and she may not get hers. I don't even know what happened to my item because I have not heard from the seller yet.

Ugh!
