Well technically H&M does have online shopping, but it's overseas only. Sooooo, if you're in Sweden, etc., shop away, lol

I swear I read something like this about 10 years ago too, for US shopping, so I'll believe it when I see it! I will cross my fingers it turns out true this time though smile.gif

If I had to guess, I'd say with their high inventory turn and volumes, it's been too difficult for them to maintain an e-commerce site that would be at all close to accurate. The technology may have caught up to their business model.

Finally. I can't believe they've been so far behind on the e-commerce trend.

If Forever21 can maintain e-commerce, then H&M should be able to. Both have a fast fashion business model. And I still find that Forever21's merchandise online doesn't always match the store, but I think that's okay. Inventory doesn't need to be identical. In both store's cases, it's not even identical from one B&M store to the next. I'm glad they're finally getting on the e-commerce train.

YES!  I hate going to their stores and would love to just see everything styled on a model and shop remotely and easily by category.
