Help: I spilled something in my Rebecca Minkoff

A container of leftovers spilled in my RM bag and seeped through onto the outside leather.  Any tips for cleaning?

Ingredients
soy sauce
rice vinegar
tofu juice
bok choi juice
fish sauce
etc.

I'd take it to either a good shoe repair place or to Nordstrom or Coach (I don't think not buying the purse at either place will be a problem). Any of those places should have a knowledgeable person on staff to recommend some sort of leather cleaner and can probably tell you how to do it properly.
