I have been passed out in a food coma. Took my new boos to lunch yesterday and ate enough food to last about a week...sooo good though!
I have no idea what I'm eating today- it's lunchtime now but I'm not hungry. We have no foodin the house so I asked FH to pick me up something for dinner-- no idea what he's going to get though. And tomorrow we're leaving on vacation until Tuesday, so I'm gonna be easting whatever I feel like.
I am on a roll, too! I finally broke my plateau as well - I officially weigh 129! It's not a huge loss (4 pounds), but it is so hard for me to get under 130. Sorry I haven't been posting - busy! Stupid work.
BF: Kashi and soy chai latte
Lunch: gardenburger and 1/2 Luna bar
Dinner: eating out (hence, no snacks today)
Workout: intervals or maybe a long walk
