what size should I order?

What do you usually wear S or M? Is your Bra 34" or 36"? Forever XI is considered junior fashion, therefore, the patterns are run a bit smaller. I'd still risk S, if you're petite & the jacket is meant to be very fit. Also, look at the waist measurement, see how it's supposed to hug the waist.

P.S. Generally, it's it's a jacket, then the pattern is made in a way that it'd fit as it say 36" in chest, but as a jacket it has a room, since it's meant to be worn over a light top.

I'd go with Medium. If it's cheap IRL, it will look worse if it's too snug. Plus you'll probably be wearing a layer or two underneath.

I agree with a M. Forever 21 can be all over the board sizing, but I've noticed that their outerwear does run small. For reference, I'm usually a size 4/small in most stores and I have a trench from Forever 21 in a M.
