What to wear to brunch?

I have pants that look similar to this, but the pin stripes are the color blue of the dress.

I want to wear these shoes.


What top should I wear? I am going to a brunch thing with my parents and their friends. It is kind of a job interview, because when I graduate I may work for one of the guys attending the brunch. I don't want to dress too casual, but I don't want the power suit look either. I can't find anything I like w/ out looking too matchy.

I have a few shirts I could wear, but I would have to change the shoes. I really like these shoes.

I like this top that rar210 has on (sorry to steal your picture ) from NY&Co.  It's *sort of* matchy, but since the pants are striped, it would be cute to mix the patterns.
