Help...BM dress is a bit snug
Permalink Closed

Ok,
I have been busy as HELL and have been saying for the past 5 months that I have to go work out. Well I never did and I am in a wedding in 3 weeks and my bridesmaid dress is a bit snug in the tummy area. What can I do to lose a couple pounds quick. I am thinking that the only thing that will work is to no carb it for the next 3 weeks, but when I do that I turn into!!
Any other ideas??

LOTS O' FRUITS 'NVEGGIES!

I recently dropped 7 lbs in 2 weeks by eating lots of fruit/veggies.  Typical day:

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee (w/ fat free half n half)

Snack:  Apple, water

Lunch:  1 chicken fajita (no condiments), carrots, strawberries, diet soda

Dinner:  Salad (romaine, green onions, kidney beans, tomato, avacado) with oil and vinegar dressing, rye crackers, tea

Dessert:  2 or 3 Dove dark chocolates, almonds

Totally easy to maintain for 2 or 3 weeks before you feel the need to splurge.  I did pretty mininal exercise (some pilates, stretching) with this too.

Get yourself some spanx and some tummy control underwear. I actually found some great ones at TJ Maxx.
