So I'm planning on listing some items on E-bay and have been told that PayPal is the best way to accept payment.  I've bought items usng PayPal and they have simply charged my Visa.  My question is if a seller pays for one of my items using PayPal how do I receive the money??  Sorry - I'm soooo new at this!

The money is credited to your paypal account. You can use it for other paypal purchases, or you can have it transferred to your bank account. But if the buyer is paying with a credit card, you will be charged a fee for receiving their payment.
