Linea Pelle @ Anthropologie for $38. (in store)


circle belt


Is it trendy or classic? I never buy belts so I am clueless.


ETA: I am also rather squeamish at the price since it's so low and it's not like it was on sale. How can you tell if the belt is indeed Linea Pelle...this one has a "linea pelle" name stapmed on the back and the leather was really strong and sturdy IRL, but $38 for a belt from a company whose price point is substantially higher...?

I love Linea Pelle (sp) belts!  I have a couple and get compliments on them all the time.  I think they are more trendy than classic but at that price I'd snatch it up (I think I might have to get it too).  Very cute belt!

I have a Linea Pelle belt from a few years ago that was about $58, and now I'm seeing them for like $120!  Mine was similar to the one you are looking at.  I think the ones that are more pricey are wider, with big buckles, and often metallic.  Usually the smaller ones are cheaper.  I don't think Anthropologie would have fake Linea Pelle belts.

I don't think anthro would have fake ones either.  BUT, Linea Pelle has a less expensive line called LP by linea pelle.  But all of those belts that i have seen do NOT have linea pelle stamped on the back.


I think you are safe, Lilykind.  And no matter what, it's a great belt at a decent price.


I think that's the kind of belt that looks "now", but you'll be able to wear it for years (I think it correlates to Frye campus boots).

That belt is beautiful and a great price for Linea Pelle. even for non Linea Pelle, $38 is still reasonable for a leather belt.
