Ending Auction Early...
Permalink Closed

so i am selling an item that has gone from $120-$277 (more like $212).  the auction ends on sunday.  the bidder who has made several bids, asked me if i could offer a BIN option since she will be out of town on sunday.  the auction ends sunday night (which i heard was the best time to end auctions), however, i forgot it was memorial day weekend.  i'm scared that a lot of people will be out of town, etc, when it ends, so should i just offer her the BIN option.  and at what price?  ebay is too confusing for me

it is up to you, but i wouldn't do a BIN.

ebay charges extra for that and to change an auction is a pain sometimes.

do you think you would get a lot for the item if you just let people bid.

I guess you could always offer her a high price and see if she bites ---$268 or something.
