B: nothing. I forgot to eat the muffin I brought.


L: chicken finger BLT (no mayo) from Friday's...I also didn't eat the fries. Not healthy at all but sooo good and I'm sure it wasn't TOO bad.


D: a little pasta salad, an apple, maybe my muffin from breakfast (this is what I brought for lunch, but I ended up going out, so I'll eat it later)


S: FF latte during class


E: none. summer classes start tonight so I won't be home until 10ish. Oh well, I'll be done soon- only one more semester to go!!

Found out yesterday that while my homemade veggie soup is good, it isn't very good for maintaining my blood sugar.  I had a major crash yesterday and was miserable for the entire afternoon and a good part of the evening.  Think I'll save it for dinner from now on!


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  WW pita w/turkey & cucumbers, diet soda, yogurt, almonds


D:  Veggie soup, tea, rye crackers


E:  Abs tonight

B: apple & large handful of almonds


L: Jimmy John's #1 on ww bread, no mayo


D: hmmm... I think I'm going to try McDonald's new fruit and walnut salad and see how that goes. (I'm moving next week so I hate to go to the grocery store. At least that's my excuse right now. I'm not sure what it was the past two months that I've refused to go!)


E: 2.5 mile walk/run after work
