I think Miss Yugoslavia, Miss Italy, and Miss Russia are particularly pretty! And is it just me, or does Miss Germany look like she's ready for a nap?

WOW its amazing to compare these gals to our current beauty queens. have people gotten better looking or I guess my ideals of beauty are diff... I think Miss Russia is the only one worth a second look! I can't get over the lack of brows thing.

Interesting that Ms. Italy and Russia are the only two who seem to have life in their eyes.  I think that is just a result of the photography of the day -- how the others don't look like real people.  I find Ms. Austria's mischevious look very endearing.
