My firm is recently revamping our IP group (patent litagation) and in doing so we're trying to stay competitive among the other firms in DC. I have been tasked with finding out how much other paralegals (entry- mid- senior) make a year so that we have an idea to bounce off of. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can post their findings. You can PM if you'd like and please please please dont get offended that I ask.
I tried looking online at salary.com but the figures seemed off to me. If there are other sites that I can look, please let me know. Thanks so much ladies!
