Please tell me that photo is doctored.

What on EARTH does that dude find attractive about her unless he's into 10 year olds? (Not that he's any prize). I mean no disrespect to smaller girls, but this is sort of extreme. I think that the cigs have totally stunted her into permanent tweendom.

She looks awful, but I have never seen the appeal in those two little troll dolls, eating disorder or no.

yeah DC, that was my thought! Either it is doctored or he is 7' but either way that is just gross. And height aside, she looks like a child. Gross gross gross.

She really looks like one of those troll dolls....I think I just stared at this pic for a solid minute dumbfounded.....I would be so afraid to see what she would like standing next to me??? Is she 3 feet tall & a size negative 4?

I read that he's 6'3", so compared to her, I guess he is a giant.  She does look like a little troll doll.

As far as the height thing goes, I'm about the same height as Mary-Kate and that's what I look like next to my giant 6'3" coworker...heheh. Except that I'm not 20 lbs underweight, so there you go. I guess they deserve each other.

This photo doesn't look real to me.  It looks like someone photoshopped her in.  It just doesn't look like it is proportionate.
