Needed - Casual bag for the beach from B&M
Permalink Closed

Even though I've been shopping like a maniac for my trip, I realized that I don't have a for my day to day ventures. It will probably be hanging out at the beach, going to a bar, getting lunch, walking through a nature preserve, etc. Very casual, but not sporty.

I have my "beach bag" to hold all my beach junk. This bag would ideally be for camera, wallet, keys, etc. I am looking for something not over-sized but not tiny either.. and preferred if it were under $50.

Here are some that I've picked out. Please post more! I need options! Also, I will probably spend most of the time in a sundress. I am going for a flirtier resort look.

$14.50 Old Navy (the website doesn't have it in other colors.. anyone see this in person?)

$14.50 Old Navy - I would like a longer strap for shoulder

$47 LeSportSac - I usually buy them from the outlet but I don't have time to trek up there. I could see myself getting the most use out of this one (even though it's the most expensive choice so far). would probably do a different color.

$34 Urban - this one feels the most summer-y to me. i love the bag that this is knocked off from but would probably never spend that much on it.

Please add suggestions! TIA!

I like the Urban one - very cute & summery - plus the strap you need.

i like this one for beach junk:

the urban ones too nice and the white would get dirty fast, and it doesnt look like the kind of bag that you would just throw suntan lotion in and rest on the sand.  I think you should get both since they add up to $50, but use the Urban one just as a summer purse.  I personally like really cheapie bags for the beach so I don't have to sit around worrying about it.  I like the way this one will slouch too.

I also saw this on the Urban site:

i really like the one from urban--what is the fabric on that? canvas? it's more purse-like, while the others are more beach-tote-like, so i guess it depends on what you think you need most.  but for cuteness alone, i vote for the urban one!

I also like the Urban one best. But the 1st one is my second choice.
