Kelly & bra experts- help plz

I was trying on some bras today and I noticed that all the bras I tried made like a dent at the top of the cup and gave me sort of a double boob? Does that mean (what I fear!) the cup is too small?

I just had a bra fitting about this time last year, how often should one get a bra fitting?

yes, the cup is too small! (that would be great news for me! )

you should have a fitting every 3-6 months cuz as we age our bodies (boobs) change and so may our weight

Last Fall I went from a 34D to a 32DD. I know what a bummer an extra letter can be.

Try going up a cup size in the bras you were trying on and see how they fit. I've noticed that each brand of bras definitely have different sized cups within the same letter (not all D's fit the same.) You could still be a D, just not in that particular bra.

Yep, it sounds like your cups are getting too small. Sorry :(

Every year is a good average - more often if something happens to change your boobs (weight gain, pregnancy, the pill, etc) but you could go less often if your weight is consistent and you know how to recognize when it stops fitting correctly.
