Which color from banana?
Permalink Closed

So i went to banana today and i bought a few items. I saw this wrap they have that's cashmere silk (sorry no picture) and fell in love with it. The only problem was...i didn't know what color to get! They had cream, balck, pinkish, orange, yellow, hot pink, and white. I ended up liking the yellow and hot pink the best. Now...here is where it gets confusing. I also loved these tank tops they have w/lace to wear underneath the wraps...Main Image

but the only colors i could wear under the hot pink and yellow wraps would be white. I love this purple tank, so i bought it anyway, but i can't decide which color between the pink and yellow wrap to keep, or if i should leave both and just wear it w/white tanks, or if i should keep one colored one and get a black or white wrap and wear it w/the purple tank. I am so bad at deciding between colors! I really wanted a colorful wrap since its summer, but i always fall back into the "black and white goes w/everything so just buy it" mode. What would i wear w/the hot pink wrap besides white? I know i can wear blue under the yellow one...ugh, help please!

If you already have a lot of white and black, I say be impractical and get the purple tank and pink wrap. I'm sure you can find other things you already have to pair with them.

I think a lot of colors go with pink, depending on the shade - green, light or dark teal, brown, maroon, lavendar, eggplant... It really depends on the shade of pink, but I like pairing it with pretty bright colors, as long as the rest of the outfit is simple, and especially if you can only see a little of the other color.

Oh, I think you should get the yellow.  Is it light yellow?  If so, I think it would be gorgeous with that tank.  I use yellow as an "almost neutral" and once you start pairing it with different colors, I think you'll find that it goes with a lot.  If it is a really bright yellow, it may be harder to wear. . .
