working out with ipod

I just bought the "sportwrap" which wraps around your arm and you put the ipod in it so it stays on your arm while you work out. Well, the strap is too big (the package says it "fits most arm sizes") so its loose on me and not as tight as it should be. When i am running, it will for sure slide off. does anyone else workout with their ipod? what do you use? i run on a bike path so its not like i can put it on the treadmill, and id like to be hands free. thanks!

I'm interested in knowing also.I'm sure I wouldn't have any problem with that band fitting on my arm but I know it would get on my nerves being wrapped around my sweaty arm.

ok well i went back to the Apple store and i exchanged it. I got the one that goes around your waist instead...which i am actually happier with now because it wont be on my arm where ill be aware its there the whole time. i think around my waist will be less distracting and less interfering with the workout.

i have the one that wraps around my arm and when i am working out it fits okay.  if my arm was even a wee bit skinnier it wouldn't fit, but b/c your muscles are bigger when you are working out- it stays on.

i love the arm band.  it would be annoying to me to have it around my waist- but each person is different...   i run with it- so i get pretty sweaty sometimes and it never bothers me.

hth!
