Meet Tuffy!!!! Sad update See bottom of thread.

So after innocently stopping into the Anti Cruelty Society this week I walked away with this little guy!



He's a four year old Puggle and he's just the sweetest baby! We've named him Tuffy because he came in as a stray who was hit by a car. He also goes by Mr. Tuff Stuff.

 My attorney and I are still fighting it. It's very frustrating because my ex one day says I can have visitation then won't return our phone calls. I still don't get how a judge can give him custody when I am half owner of him. Frustrating but I'm going ot fight forever if  have to.

Tuffy is adorable - congratulations!  I'm so happy you got another dog.  I know what a great puppy owner you are.
As for Cheese - I literally cried reading your facebook posts.  I really hope you get Cheese back - your ex is a real dirtbag to do this to you and cheese.  Good luck sweetie!

So Tuffy only lasted a week in our home. What they told me was a Puggle was actually a terrier/chihauhau mix. They also told me he was ok with cats and children. Unfortunately it was beyond a fabrication and a complete lie. He bit the kids numerous times, unprovoked and once while they were napping. he would lunge at my sleeping cat and go for her throat. This was beyond working on training issue and I had to return her to Anti Cruelty.

I was very disappointed in them for not openly telling me that Tuffy would not be a good fit in a home with kids and other animals. I really hope he found his forever home!
