I'm on this mailing list that allows me to add my name to guestlists at different clubs in the city- not really fancy-shmancy ones- but nice ones, and this Saturday at VUE (151 E50th Street), if you say my name at the door (Raquel) you're in: Ladies free before midnight, dudes free before 11; open bar from 10-11.

I've never been to VUE, and Citysearch gave it mixed reviews from customers, but an open bar is an open bar, right? No jeans or sneakers (like I need to tell this crowd!). So if you want, stop on by!
