White Water Rafting- Mid Atlantic

Anyone been White Water Rafting? I am thinking about doing a quick day trip. 


I worked on the Delaware River in New York, so I have been rafting there. Not exciting enough, the rapids are small. Plus, that's where my family is from.


I was wondering if anyone did the Lehigh in PA or a river in West VA or VA and how it was.

i've been rafting at ohiopyle (pa/md/wv). they have class III-V rafting. i have only been on the lower youghiogheny, and it was great, but i would like to do more of a challenging rafting trip. i am thinking the cheat river (which is in wv).


the last time we went, we used wilderness voyageurs, which was nice because it was a guided trip. i'm a strong swimmer  (actually i used to be a lifeguard) but i still like the safeguard!
