so bad today.


b: coffee w/half & half, luna bar


l: french fries.  ugh! i tried to make up for it with a 40 minute walk at lunchtime, and i am currently eating a bowl of fresh cherries (testing out lsubatgirl's philosophy of cherries = weight loss).


d: lean cuisine, or maybe a yogurt. 


e: will attempt to do my weights when i get home late tonight after my class.  50/50 chance of this happening.
