Vintage beads (w/picture now!)
Permalink Closed

Hi

Found a couple of vintage beaded long (could be doubled) necklaces in my mom's stuff.  Both are pretty big beads, with differing shapes.  One is pink toned & has three dangling bunches about 2", the other is black/gold/cream.

Can I integrate them into my wardrobe without looking like I'm playing dress up?

Here's a pic...

absolutely!

i love vintage beads and wear them quite often. if you're concerned about feeling too "dressed up" in them, try them with an outfit that you already feel comfortable in... something simple and modern and keep any other jewelry or vintage touches to a minimum.

post a picture, maybe we can help you come up with an outfit.
