I was very very bad this weekend but I went grocery shopping last night and stocked up on tons of fruits and veggies, so I should be set for the week.

B: blueberry vitamuffin (1 point) and coffee

L: turkey sandwich on high fiber bread (2 points) with cucumber, romaine, and mustard, honey wheat pretzels (2 pts)

S: kiwi

D: leftover veggie pizza from this weekend (2 small slices- about 8 points)

S: WW ice cream (1 or 2, depending on which kind I have)

E: back into it this week. I think I will do yoga tonight cause I am feeling dumpy.

I am back into it this week too.  I hit a plateau with my weight, so I'm trying to kick start things again.  Going to be good this week with my diet and step it up on the exercise.  Things I have banned for the week:  Pie, cookies, and donuts!

B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee

S:  Apple

L:  1 fajita, diet soda, cheese stick

D:  Salad (w/ egg, tomato, kindney beans), mango

E:  Arms and thighs/butt today, since stomach is quite sore from yesterday

I didn't do too bad this weekend, but I always do much better during the week when there's more structure.

B:  Oatmeal

L:  Bowl of soup (whatever the daily soup is), side salad

S:  Pretzels

D:  Shrimp Stir Fry or Pasta Stir Fry from Trader Joes

This weekend we bought a treadmill, which I'm really excited about!  Tonight I'm planning on walking 3 miles.

To get off of a plateau you should try eating almonds, cherries, and salmon.  They are all known for helping dieters get off a plateau.  Last summer I ate cherries almost daily and I did drop 10 pounds. I'm definetly buying them this summer even if they are $5 a pound or something like that!

Why is this?

I'm really beginning to think that not going to the grocery store for a month at a time is a bad idea. What do you girls think?

B: 2 oatmeal cookies (1,000,000 points)

L: about 6 small cookies (2,000,000 points)

S: another oatmeal cookie and maybe some almonds (500,000 points)

D: leftover spaghetti and soup and salad (oh, say 100 points)

E: run after work

All in all, it's a great day because I'm under my 5,000,000 point average I've been going on the last few days.

I get them at Whole Foods- they also have a website (vitalicious.com?). The one point muffins are 2oz, but they make 4oz ones as well. They are similar to a homemade muffin in size, so not gigantic, but they have lots of fiber so they're pretty filling. They have chocolate ones too that make great a dessert if you warm it up in the microwave.
