I get compared to Kate Winslet a lot (I don't see it), but I do think my hair color and complexion are very similar to hers....

so then cool colors probably look better on you.  i would do emerald.  the orange would look amazing on someone with a dark complexion.  the white is too blah and potentially see through.

That tunic is in the new Us Weekly.  scoopnyc.com has it in yellow and red too in you are interested in thos colors.  I like the orange though.
