She's only twenty-something, and her breasts are already sagging. Probably wouldn't have happened if she had just kept her own.  Hmm, maybe even a bra would help.  Sad, sad, sad.

I am no fan of breast implants in general and I think Tara Reid's are way too big, but I don't think hers look bad or terribly saggy.  If they hang lower than you like just remember it is usually due to body type and the heaviness of the breast, real or fake.

i saw a photo somewhere else of her tummy. apparently there was a blind item about a starlet who went to a cut-rate doctor for her boob job and he "threw in" a little lipo, with disastrous results. Her stomach, while flat, is all mutated and gnarly-looking, with random dents all over it. so sad.
