I saw that somewhere too, but someone explained that it was photoshopped. I mean, her head really looks like that, which is bad enough, but I think she was grafted onto another body.

what happened to her? is there a story behind these pictures? i ask because it looks like she is giving a speech behind some kind of podium.  is she suffering from some illness or anorexia?
